Congrats to our 2018 Inland Digital employee award winners!

Employee of the year

Ben Woodside – Solutions Specialist – won our employee of the year award, as voted by the management team.  Ben is mature beyond his years and continues to add enormous value to our internal and external customers. In the two years, he has been at Inland Digital, he has progressed through the business to his current role as a solutions specialist and has a strong career path ahead of him.  Ben is incredibly supportive of his fellow team mates and is certainly a huge contributor to our continued growth and success. The management team feel that Ben best showcased our values – Integrity, Innovation, Drive, Passion, Unity, & Respect. A huge congratulations Ben!

Player’s player award

Craig Earsman – Service Team Leader – won the players player award as voted by the entire Inland Digital team for the employee they believe contributed the most to our business in 2018. Craig has had a fantastic year, earning the respect of the team by delivering extraordinary results for our clients. Every one of our fourteen team members was nominated and the top 4 were within 3 points of each other. It was great to see our team so heavily involved in the process, supporting Inland Digital’s values. Congratulations Craig!

Poker run trophy

Ben Bright – won the Poker run trophy (awarded as part of an activity during our staff Xmas party). The Inland Digital team all contributed funds to the award and Ben won with the best hand of the day. Here’s the kicker…after touring Ronald McDonald House as the first stop of our Xmas party (our main charity in Orange), he was taken aback and visibly emotional about some of the stories we heard. So, upon us announcing his win some 3 hours later he immediately donated his prize to the charity! It was a tremendous example of how our team are embracing the values Inland Digital holds around respect, passion, and integrity. Well done Ben!
