Inland Digital wins Canon Service Award
Inland Digital has again been recognised for our performance in delivering for our clients, winning the National Service Partner of the year award at the recent 2019 Canon Partner Awards. The awards, conducted by our long-term technology partner Canon Australia, we held via a virtual award ceremony in June 2020.
It’s an award we are incredibly proud to receive. We invested heavily in training our team through the 2018/19 financial year, focusing on ways we could further improve the way we understand our clients needs. Our model has always been focused on proactive service and this award is recognition for the success that has delivered.
It is also fantastic recognition for the entire Inland Digital team and is just reward for the efforts they deliver each and every day for our clients and partners. In the words of Canon Australia’s General Manager of Service and Support Rebecca Ullman, “Inland Digital have been driving change within their own Service business and using Customer Feedback to raise the standard of service delivery”.
